Welcome, fans and creators alike, to Paneltastic.com!
Despite what they claim, social media sites sure don’t seem very friendly for artists or their fans. For reasons that evade me, they do everything in their power to prevent people who follow you from, you know, actually hearing from you.
This site’s main goal will be to help bring online comic fans and creators together to hopefully get more work noticed and allow everyone to keep tabs on what’s happening. We will be posting articles as often as we can that cover a variety of topics. Those will include special spotlights where we’ll pick a particular comic and show it to the world.
As we get off the ground, the site will be a little shaky until we can build a nice catalog of articles. This is where you can help.
If you’re a creator with a comic and you’re celebrating a milestone or have a new book or product you want to let the world know about, send us a press release! As long as it meets our guidelines for publication we’ll post it to help get as many eyes as we can on your big moment. What guidelines are those, you may ask? Nothing too outlandish but for starters we need you to keep things PG-13. We’ll happily report on mature content, we just can’t have nudity or other mature things in the article itself.
